We are currently looking for an Accounting Specialist to join a team of 20 across Sydney and Melbourne on a 6-month temp contract.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing invoice processes, ensuring all payments are allocated accurately
• Actioning queries raised by internal and external queries
• Clearing of unallocated payments from bank reconciliation
• Supporting the overall wider finance team with batching and receipting
• Minimal Ph and Email collections assisting the AR team

• Motivation and drive for continuous improvement.
• Minimum 2 years' experience working in AR
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Maintaining a professional approach in all interactions.
• Exposure to high volume, transactional environment
