Our client, a leading professional services organisation, are looking to hire a Part time Accounts Officer for a 3-month contract. This would be suitable for an immediately available Accounts Officer looking to join an industry leader.
The Role

-month contract
will be suitable for an immediately available
Accounts Officer, who will report directly to the Finance Manager. This role has the potential to be extended.
Reporting to the Finance Manager your duties will include -
- Processing supplier invoices, reconciling statements and ensuring timely payments
- Managing accounts receivable including invoicing, allocations, reconciliations and debtor follow-up
- Preparing and processing weekly and monthly payment runs
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month-end reporting activities
- Assisting with reconciliations and resolving invoice or payment discrepancies
- Responding to supplier and customer queries in a professional and timely manner
- Supporting the finance team with ad hoc tasks and contributing to process improvements
About You
- 1-2 years' experience within a professional services / commercial business.
- Experience with Trust Accounts / Trust monies (Desirable)
- Intermediate experience with Excel
- Eager to learn.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
