The Role:
You'll play a key support role within a collaborative finance team. This short-term contract is ideal for someone who enjoys working with detail, managing invoice processing and contributing to smooth accounts operations.
- Receive, review, and accurately enter supplier invoices into the accounting system
- Monitor the accounts inbox and liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve invoice and payment queries.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of mid-month and month-end payment runs, including providing remittances.
- Reconcile supplier statements against invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Create and maintain supplier records in line with company procedures.
- Provide ad hoc administrative and accounts support to the wider finance team.
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable, data entry, or invoicing/administration role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with high-volume processing.
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Ability to start quickly and commit to the duration of the contract
