The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established industry leader looking for an Accounts Payable Officer
to join the team in a fast-paced environment on the fringe
of the CBD.
This role suits someone on a Working Holiday Visa (WHV) or looking for a short-term contract, ready to start immediately.
The Role:
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy, compliance, and approval
- Ensure timely payment to suppliers and manage payment schedules
- Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports as needed
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to address any queries related to accounts payable
- Proven experience with end-to-end accounts payable
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
