As our Accounts Payable Officer, you'll manage the complete AP cycle:
- Invoice Processing- Review, code, and process supplier invoices with accuracy
- Payment Runs- Execute timely payment batches to maintain vendor relationships
- Receipting & Matching- Ensure all goods received are properly matched and recorded
- End-to-End AP Management- Own the complete accounts payable workflow
- Vendor Communication- Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries and discrepancies
- Reconciliation Support- Assist with supplier statement reconciliations and reporting
- Proven experience in accounts payable or similar finance role
- Strong understanding of end-to-end AP processes
- Excellent communication skills for vendor and internal stakeholder interaction
- Autonomous worker- ability to manage workload independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
