Our Client:
A growing, ASX listed organisation based in the heart of the CBD. They've expanded through acquisition and success and are looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Manager to join the team.

The Role:
Reporting into an experienced, accomplished manager, you will be given the tools and support to be successful in joining the organisation's journey of growth.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Providing leadership and support to onshore and offshore team members
- Leading and supervising the team to ensure smooth processing of all receivables tasks in a timely and effective manner, accurate billing and monitor customer credit risk
- Develop, maintain and implement strategies for timely payment collections, minimising debt and and optimising cash flow
- Preparing AR reports for management, highlighting and analysing key metrics, trends and patterns
- Supporting the senior finance team with process improvements and system streamlining
- Maintaining strong relationships both internally and with external customers

About You:
- Circa 5 years' AR experience across a dynamic, challenging environment
- Excellent communication both written and verbal and capable of managing and supervising an offshore/onshore team
- Strong knowledge of AR processes 
- Dynamic go-getter who's keen to join a growing organisation!
