Currently experiencing high levels of Global growth, our client are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Officer to join the Brisbane team on a 12 month fixed term contract.


About the Role:

This  12 –month fixed term contract  with the possibility to extend will be suitable for an immediately available or soon to be immediately available Accounts Receivable Officer, who will report directly to the Team leader. 

Duties include but are not limited to: 

• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on schedule
• Reconcile debtor accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Follow up overdue payments and manage debt recovery processes
• Allocate receipts and maintain accurate transaction records
• Respond to accounts receivable queries promptly and professionally
• Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliations
• Identify and support process improvement initiatives

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Great attention to detail
• Experience within Manufacturing / Retail (beneficial)
• Good open and positive mindset. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software programs
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
