We’re seeking an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join a busy industrial business based in Darra. This is an immediate start opportunity to provide essential support to the team during a transition period, with potential for the role to extend or convert to permanent employment for the right person.
The Role
Working alongside a friendly and supportive onsite team, you’ll provide day-to-day administrative and financial support across a range of office tasks. This will include basic invoicing, data entry, customer communication, and general coordination to help keep operations running smoothly.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys being organised, detail-oriented and contributing to a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and suppliers in a professional manner
- Coordinate the administration and day to day running of the office
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation
- Provide ad hoc support to the team as required
- Assist with general administrative and financial processing tasks
- Support invoice entry, purchase order tracking and basic accounts admin
- Previous office or administration experience
- Confident, proactive and reliable with strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills and customer service approach
- Comfortable working in a busy, industrial-style office environment
