As Administration Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of a busy financial services team while developing your governance skill set.
You’ll handle a mix of general administration tasks including meeting coordination, calendar management, document preparation, and reception support, while also assisting with governance activities such as preparing board papers, maintaining compliance registers, and updating internal policies.
Reporting to two senior leaders, you’ll have structured training, regular check-ins and clear priorities that help you balance your day-to-day admin work with your professional growth.
About you
You bring 2+ years of administrative experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You’re discreet, dependable, and calm under pressure during busy board periods.
You may have experience in financial or professional services, legal, or another regulated industry but more importantly, you’re eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to contribute as part of a collaborative team.
