The Role

- Supporting payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of employee payments and related records
- Delivering high-quality administrative support across teams, including maintaining records, coordinating workflows, and managing shared inboxes
- Assisting with data analysis and reporting to support business decisions and operational planning
- Maintaining accurate documentation and registers in line with audit and compliance requirements
- Using systems to complete transactions, generate reports, and support team objectives during peak periods
You are motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organised, with proficiency in Excel and confidence navigating systems. With prior experience in administration or a similar role, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy adding value to a collaborative team.
