Well known digital business with an outstanding reputation and a finance team of 15 are seeking an up-and-coming Assistant Accountant for this month end focused role working closely with a high-achieving team. This is a great opportunity to work with a big 4 trained manager in a tightly knit team which would offer excellent training and progression internally.

The role

Reporting into the Senior Accountant, this role is responsible for (and not limited to)

• Daily reconciliations 
• Balance sheet reconciliations 
• Maintenance of the fixed asset register
• Assisting with the month end close
• Profit & loss analysis 
• GST Journals and BAS
• Help out with ongoing projects surrounding process improvement and implementations 

• Outstanding communication, both written and verbal
• At least 12 months of experience across an Assistant Accountant or Accounts Clerk role
• Full working rights
