A great opportunity has come up for a motivated and detail-oriented Bid / Tender Writer to join a leading professional consultancy supporting clients across the property and commercial real estate sector.
Working closely with project and cost managers, you'll play a key role in developing high-quality proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and capability statements across the APAC region.
This is a 3-month contract with strong potential to extend.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyse RFPs and tender documents to understand requirements and develop a tailored response strategy
- Draft, format, and finalise proposal content using input from technical teams
- Ensure all documents are compliant, well-structured, and submitted on time
- Proofread and edit all submissions with precision and consistency
- Manage and maintain a library of resumes, case studies, and standard content
- Collaborate on formatting and visual presentation of submissions
- Continuously improve internal processes, templates, and submission workflows
- Track opportunities and update project info via Salesforce CRM
- Provide general admin support across the bids function as needed

- Minimum 1 year of experience in proposals, tenders, marketing, or related work
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Word and PowerPoint); Canva or publishing tools a bonus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience with Salesforce is desirable but not essential
