Immediate requirement for an experienced Tender & Bids Specialist. This is a 5-weeks temporary assignment with possibility to be extended.
Duties will include:
- Writing several aspects of tender and bid submissions for identified opportunities
- Collating responses from key stakeholders required to accompany each submission and ensure high standard presentation and alignment with client expectations
- Assist in developing models and representations of operational proposals
- Assist in ensuring commercial aspects of tenders are accurate and coordinated with relevant supporting documentation
- Assist in maintaining a library of information which can be used as and when required
- Provide advice on flow, language, and presentation of responses
- Assist in maintaining master documents and templates
- Ensure consistent branding for all company specific documents
Skills and Qualifications
- High level stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised in project management, planning and scheduling.
- Proven ability to quickly understand the tender documentation and requirements.
- High quality written and communication skills.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in tender or proposal writing in diverse settings
- Experience writing major Government bids or proposals will be advantageous
- Understanding commercial and Government contracts
