  • Large, fast-growing national organisation
  • Work within a dynamic Commercial Team
  • CBD location, 2 days WFH
  • Immediate requirement for an experienced Tender & Bids Specialist. This is a 5-weeks temporary assignment with possibility to be extended. 

    Duties will include:

    • Writing several aspects of tender and bid submissions for identified opportunities
    • Collating responses from key stakeholders required to accompany each submission and ensure high standard presentation and alignment with client expectations
    • Assist in developing models and representations of operational proposals
    • Assist in ensuring commercial aspects of tenders are accurate and coordinated with relevant supporting documentation
    • Assist in maintaining a library of information which can be used as and when required
    • Provide advice on flow, language, and presentation of responses
    • Assist in maintaining master documents and templates
    • Ensure consistent branding for all company specific documents
      
    Skills and Qualifications
    • High level stakeholder management skills.
    • Highly organised in project management, planning and scheduling.
    • Proven ability to quickly understand the tender documentation and requirements.
    • High quality written and communication skills.
      
    Experience
    • Minimum 3 years experience in tender or proposal writing in diverse settings
    • Experience writing major Government bids or proposals will be advantageous
    • Understanding commercial and Government contracts
