The Role:
This is a key role within a growing technology team, where you’ll play a pivotal part in analysing and improving business operations and technology solutions. Supporting a fast-paced investment business, you will partner with stakeholders to document, design, and drive the delivery of system and process improvements that enhance both internal efficiencies and client service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from planning to delivery, ensuring smooth handover to business teams
- Lead stakeholder workshops and analysis to gather and document business and system requirements
- Prepare process models, business cases, and impact analyses to support decision-making
- Support testing, risk analysis, and solution implementation alongside internal teams and vendors
- Identify technology opportunities and recommend improvements that drive efficiency and enhance services
- Proven experience in business analysis across systems and financial projects
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and requirement gathering
- Experience preparing detailed process models, business cases, and impact assessments
- A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for problem-solving and service enhancement
- Background in financial services or capital markets is highly regarded but not essential
