About the Role
We’re seeking a Business Analyst to support a large-scale HR systems uplift, spanning Oracle and other HR platforms. You’ll partner with HR, IT, and project stakeholders to capture requirements, streamline processes, and ensure the successful delivery of enhancements that modernise and integrate core people systems. This is a contract role with the opportunity to make a visible impact within a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for HR system improvements
- Analyse current HR processes and identify opportunities for simplification and automation
- Support configuration and integration activities across Oracle and other HR platforms
- Develop clear functional specifications and liaise between HR stakeholders and technical teams
- Contribute to testing, change management, and user training to ensure adoption
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally on HRIS or ERP projects
- Strong understanding of Oracle HR modules and broader HR technology landscapes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements
- Experience in business process mapping and documentation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment with multiple stakeholders
