Responsibilities

• Partnering with finance teams across regions to capture real-world processes and service catalogues.
• Mapping “as-is” workflows for core functions like Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
• Designing best-practice SOPs and workflow diagrams that bring clarity and consistency.
• Running workshops, interviews, and job-shadowing sessions to uncover the details that matter.
• Highlighting inefficiencies and automation opportunities that will make a lasting impact.
