The role
This is your chance to step into a pivotal project role where your work will directly shape the future of the organisation’s finance operations. You’ll be the bridge between on-the-ground finance teams and the transformation programme, turning complex processes into clear, user-friendly SOPs and workflow diagrams that will be rolled out globally.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with finance teams across regions to capture real-world processes and service catalogues.
- Mapping “as-is” workflows for core functions like Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
- Designing best-practice SOPs and workflow diagrams that bring clarity and consistency.
- Running workshops, interviews, and job-shadowing sessions to uncover the details that matter.
- Highlighting inefficiencies and automation opportunities that will make a lasting impact.
You’re an experienced Business Analyst or Finance Operations/Transformation Specialist with 5–10 years’ experience in transformation or shared services environments. You know core finance processes inside out, can speak the language of both accountants and stakeholders, and have a knack for turning complexity into clarity. Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, or similar will be highly valued.
