About the Role
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. You’ll work closely with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure smooth delivery of technology solutions. A key part of the role will involve coordinating integrations across systems and leading user acceptance testing, ensuring projects land successfully with the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, capture, and document requirements for system changes and upgrades
- Support end-to-end implementation activities, including configuration and rollout
- Work with technical teams to manage integrations and data migrations
- Plan, coordinate, and execute UAT, managing defects through to resolution
- Provide clear communication and training support to business users
- Experience as a Business Analyst in technology projects
- Background in system implementations, upgrades, or enhancements
- Knowledge of integrations, data mapping, and migration processes
- Practical experience running UAT cycles and working with business stakeholders
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
