About the Role
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our client’s expanding data team. In this role, you’ll work with stakeholders across the business to translate their needs into clear data solutions. You’ll design and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflows that provide actionable insights, supporting smarter decision-making and continuous business improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business needs and translate them into BI and reporting solutions
• Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models
• Ensure smooth integration of BI solutions with core business systems
• Troubleshoot issues, provide user support, and implement improvements
• Contribute to ongoing data projects and process enhancements

• 2+ years’ experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, or data analysis
• Skilled in Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of SQL and data modelling
• Confident communicator with the ability to explain insights clearly
• Tertiary qualifications in business, technology, or related field (desirable)
