Our client is a well-regarded Corporate Law firm providing services and advice to listed companies, private businesses, multi-national organisations, etc. They have excellent corporate environment and culture, promoting reward based on merit and performance. We are currently looking for an ambitions Business Systems Analyst to join their team in Adelaide (permanent full-time basis).
Key responsibilities
- Lead implementation projects (financial/payroll systems)
- Design workflows and system configurations aligned with requirements
- Develop and execute rollout strategies for new systems
- Supporting systems' end users (training & technical support)
- Document system configurations, procedures, and training materials
- Write and maintain SQL reports to extract insights and support decision making
- Work across and liaise with various teams (IT, Operations, Finance, vendors, etc.)
Skills & experience required
- Degree in IT, Finance, or related field
- Previous experience in system implementation, preferably within professional services environments
- Knowledge practice management platforms is advantageous
- Proficiency in SQL report writing and data analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
- Project management experience preferred
