About the Opportunity
Join an innovative SaaS company in the Sydney CBD as their Business Systems Analyst for a critical billing system implementation! This is a hands-on role leading the implementation of Zuora from design through to go-live, with strong potential to transition into a permanent position.

As the Business Systems Analyst, you'll own the end-to-end Zuora implementation:
- System Implementation- Lead the complete implementation of Zuora billing system from planning through to successful go-live
- Solution Design- Design system architecture and configuration to meet business requirements and optimize billing processes
- Testing Management- Develop comprehensive test strategies, lead UAT activities, and ensure system functionality meets business needs
- Project Management- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Data Migration- Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- System Preparation- Configure and prepare the Zuora platform, including integrations with existing systems
- Stakeholder Engagement- Work closely with finance, operations, and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment
- Process Optimization- Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and improve operational efficiency
- Documentation- Create comprehensive system documentation, process workflows, and training materials
- Training & Support- Provide training to end users and ongoing support during the transition period
- Proven experience implementing Zuora billing system (Ideal)
- Strong business systems analysis background with hands-on implementation experience
- Strong technical understanding of system integrations and data migration processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of deliverables
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with billing systems, revenue recognition, or financial systems advantageous
