We’re assisting an SME organisation that specialise in managing large public assets in their search for a change lead/ business analyst. They are embarking on a significant transformation — implementing Oracle NetSuite ERP with multiple subsystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change management activities across the ERP implementation
- Prepare and deliver training materials and sessions
- Document “to-be” processes and support process redesign
- Facilitate workshops and 1:1 sessions with business and operations teams
- Identify and drive opportunities to streamline processes
- Proven experience in ERP implementations (essential)
- Strong background in Change Management and Business Analysis (essential)
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite (highly desirable)
- Solid understanding of Procurement, Purchasing, and Expense Management
- Strong finance focus and ability to engage with finance stakeholders
