As a Client Operations Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the client investment experience by ensuring the seamless execution of investor transactions, managing client relationships, and liaising with service providers. This role will see you collaborating across teams to uphold high standards of accuracy and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and monitor vendor relationships and performance.
- Assist clients with fund applications and manage investor inquiries.
- Track deliverables and process client instructions accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and resolve issues.
- Contribute to process improvements, investor statement management, and procedural documentation.
You are an excellent communicator and proactive problem-solver with strong organisational skills. You thrive in fast-paced environments, consistently deliver high-quality results, and bring a keen eye for detail. Experience in financial services is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in client services or customer support, ideally in financial services
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and adaptability to new systems
