The Opportunity
Lead and develop a growing team of client service professionals in this strategic role combining people management with operational excellence. You'll ensure seamless onboarding and relationship management while driving process improvements and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor client service officers
• Monitor performance against service level agreements and response timeframes
• Contribute to strategic planning for fund rollouts and capital raising initiatives
• Oversee client onboarding and lifecycle management
• Handle escalated queries and provide performance reporting to CFO
• Liaise with Distribution, Sales, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Present to executive leadership and board members

What We're Looking For:

• Solid experience in client relationships/customer service within financial services
• Proven people management experience
• Experience with CRM systems and client registry platforms
• Understanding of investment management operations

Key Skills:

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking capabilities
• Customer service focus with attention to detail
• Autonomous worker who collaborates effectively
• Resilient under pressure with strong organisational skills

Desirable:

• Investment management or funds management background
• Property-based investments or alternative assets exposure
