The Opportunity
We’re recruiting a Client Services Officer
to join a fast-paced, client-focused Investor Relations team. In this role, you’ll support investor processing, manage client interactions, and play a key role in maintaining data integrity and service quality. You’ll also act as a trusted support to senior leadership while contributing to team development and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process applications, redemptions, transfers and other investor transactions
- Respond to investor queries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and update internal systems and registry data
- Liaise with internal teams including Compliance and Operations
- Review team outputs and help maintain quality standards
- Contribute to process improvement and support change initiatives
- Act as a point of contact for team questions and onboarding
- Some experience in client services/customer service or operations (financial services preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- High level of accountability and communication
- Experience working with CRMs or registry platforms useful
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
- Exposure to investment management, funds, or property-based investments
