The organisation
We currently assist a well-regarded and ambitious national healthcare organization to hire a Commercial Manager on a temporary basis.  This is a 3-month assignment starting asap.  Our client offers a collaborative and flexible working environment (hybrid).  Their offices are located in Melbourne's CBD.

The role
This position will be leading the cross-collaboration with Legal, Operational and Pricing/Commercial teams.  Key responsibilities will include general oversight on tenders & bids programs, reviewing comments/assessments from Legal team around contractual arrangements (risk, compliance, reporting requirements...), drafting responses for clients, as well as supporting BU Heads with clients and sub-contractor negotiations (pricing/commercial).

Skills & experience required

• Previous experience in bids, tenders and contract management
• Strong Pricing background
• Good understanding of legal risks assessments
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Great organisational skills and business partnering abilities
