Key Responsibilities
- Manage AP, AR, payroll, and month-end processes
- Prepare financial statements, WIP reports, and margin analysis
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Oversee compliance obligations including BAS, payroll tax, and regulatory reporting
- Job-cost invoices and track project expenses for accurate margin reporting
- Work closely with project and commercial teams on contracts and claims
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making
- CA/CPA qualified or near completion
- Experience as a Accountant or construction or related industries
- Understanding of project costing and margin reporting
- Skilled in cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Confident working independently and building strong stakeholder relationships
- High-impact position reporting directly to the CFO
- Exposure to diverse projects and commercial operations
- Clear progression to Finance Manager/Controller
