Compliance Administrator – Immediate Start
(4-week Temp, Potential Ongoing)
Location: Brisbane CBD
A leading not-for-profit organisation is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Compliance Administrator to support a critical project driven by recent legislative changes coming into effect on 1st November.
This short-term role will be pivotal in ensuring the organisation’s clients and supplier agreements are fully transitioned in time for government deadlines.
The Role
Working closely with the Project Manager, you’ll assist with the coordination, administration and documentation required to complete the transition of Service Level Agreements with suppliers. This role is hands-on, ensuring compliance documentation is managed accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with suppliers to gather and file compliance documentation
- Preparing and distributing new supplier agreements
- Updating and maintaining the compliance register (currently in SharePoint)
- Ensuring data accuracy, including pricing and contract details
- Supporting internal branches with compliance requirements
- Assisting with workflow tracking and project timelines
You will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a project-driven environment.
- Background in contracts or compliance administration
- Proficiency in SharePoint (desirable)
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines under pressure
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 4-week temp assignment, with potential to extend
