About the Role
As Contract Administrator, you will support the Senior Manager, Contracts and Commercial across a broad portfolio of projects and operational assets. You’ll be responsible for contract administration, compliance and stakeholder management, with exposure to large-scale renewable infrastructure. This role offers variety and visibility across construction, operations, legal and investment functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor key commercial contracts, obligations and compliance trackers
- Draft, review, and issue contract notices
- Work with lenders, contractors and internal stakeholders to support approvals and resolve queries
- Attend contractor and counterparty meetings, following up on actions and issues
- Assist with commercial agreements, claims, and dispute resolution
- Support project management, operations, and investment teams on a range of initiatives
- 3–5 years’ experience in contracts, commercial, or project management roles (infrastructure or energy desirable, but not essential)
- Strong knowledge of contract administration and commercial compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Law, or Project Management preferred
- Hybrid model: 4 days office, 1 WFH
- Discretionary annual bonus (15–20%)
