With a growing national footprint, we're seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to support and optimise our contracting processes.
The Role
This newly created 4-6 week contract role offers the chance to establish a centralised and efficient contracts administration function. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll build a streamlined Excel-based system to manage contractor agreements, extensions, and variations, helping drive consistency and business efficiency across our Government recruitment division.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement a centralised contract administration process in Excel
- Review, organise, and manage contractor agreements nationally
- Track contract variations, extensions, and expiries.
- Maintain accuracy in templates, workflows, and document version control
- Liaise with consultants and clients to ensure contract compliance
- Provide guidance on government contract requirements and standards
- Proven experience in contract administration, preferably in government, recruitment, or professional services
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using Excel to manage and track contract data
- Strong understanding of government contracts and procurement processes
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and as part of a team
- Clear and professional communication style
- A flexible contract: work from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne offices or fully remote
