  • Contract Administrator - 4-6 week contract 

    About Us We're a national recruitment business with a specialist Government division delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across Technology, Corporate Services, and Finance. With a growing national footprint, we're seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to support and optimise our contracting processes.

    The Role This newly created 4-6 week contract role offers the chance to establish a centralised and efficient contracts administration function. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll build a streamlined Excel-based system to manage contractor agreements, extensions, and variations, helping drive consistency and business efficiency across our Government recruitment division.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create and implement a centralised contract administration process in Excel
    • Review, organise, and manage contractor agreements nationally
    • Track contract variations, extensions, and expiries.
    • Maintain accuracy in templates, workflows, and document version control
    • Liaise with consultants and clients to ensure contract compliance
    • Provide guidance on government contract requirements and standards
    About You
    • Proven experience in contract administration, preferably in government, recruitment, or professional services
    • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
    • Confident using Excel to manage and track contract data
    • Strong understanding of government contracts and procurement processes
    • Ability to work independently, remotely, and as part of a team
    • Clear and professional communication style
