Reporting to a GM of Corporate development, and sitting in a close-knit team, this role will be responsible for:
- Evaluating acquisition, divestment, and partnership opportunities.
- Leading financial modelling, valuations, market research, and due diligence.
- Developing investment cases and board presentations.
- Collaborating with internal teams (cross-department) on deal execution and integration.
- Preparing monthly Board packs.
- Analysing Group and subsidiary financial/operational performance.
- Supporting annual budgets and rolling forecasts processes
Skills & experience required:
- Proven experience in corporate development, investment banking, transaction services, or private equity
- Strong financial modelling, commercial analysis, and deal execution skills
- Strong Excel skills – managing large data sets
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
