My client is a large Aussie business who are looking to continue building on a leading market position, recently complimented by vertical integration of M&A to become the first 360 provider in their field. Seeking a commercially minded corporate finance professional
  
Reporting directly into the CFO and leading a Corporate Finance Analyst you will become a valued financial adviser to senior leadership in supporting a range of highly varied commercial (operational, capacity and capital analysis), strategic, planning and investment (business casing, M&A and financing) initiatives
  
You will oversee the business' corporate model as well as submodels for business valuation and analytical purposes including integration of acquisitions and forecasting their impact
  
Finally, you will assist the CFO with ad hoc treasury and analytical tasks as/when required
  
About you
  
We are seeking tertiary qualified candidates with a minimum of 6 years in or with a mix of corporate finance, corporate development, strategy and/or commercial finance
  
A background in financial modelling will be a given however you'll also bring proven commercial application of these skills in business and the ability to work well with diverse stakeholder groups (including operational)
