Currently seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist for a permanent Part-time role based in Sydney CBD with an elite legal firm.
- Schedule will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday - please only apply if you can commit to these hours

- $65-75k + super FTE (dependant on experience)
Seeking a professional who can seamlessly transition into the role and ensure the smooth running of the Corporate Reception and Front of House functions.

Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering excellent customer service to colleagues/teams
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing and booking meeting rooms
- Maintain security by completing logbooks and visitor badges
- Ensuring internal meeting rooms are maintained, supplied, replenished and kept presentable at all times
- Ad-hoc duties
- Friendly and personal nature
- Previous experience in similar role - please only apply if you have Corporate Reception and/or Facilities experience
