A well-respected Not-For-Profit organisation is seeking a Council & Committee Coordinator
to provide high-level support to various executive councils and committees, ensuring effective governance and compliance.
About the Role

- Preparing and distributing high-quality agendas and documentation for Council and Committee meetings
- Supporting Executive Officers and Committee Chairs to ensure smooth governance operations
- Maintaining records, calendars, and compliance registers in accordance with internal and external standards
- Attending and minuting Council and Committee meetings, and coordinating action items
- Acting as a liaison between key stakeholders and management
- Promoting governance best practices across departments
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Executive Assistance, Legal practice, or Corporate Governance within a complex organisation
- Strong knowledge of governance compliance, procedures, and documentation standards
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- High level of discretion, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
