  • A well-respected Not-For-Profit organisation is seeking a Council & Committee Coordinator to provide high-level support to various executive councils and committees, ensuring effective governance and compliance.

    About the Role
    You’ll be working in a professional, values-driven environment where attention to detail, confidentiality, and a proactive approach are key to success.

    • Preparing and distributing high-quality agendas and documentation for Council and Committee meetings
    • Supporting Executive Officers and Committee Chairs to ensure smooth governance operations
    • Maintaining records, calendars, and compliance registers in accordance with internal and external standards
    • Attending and minuting Council and Committee meetings, and coordinating action items
    • Acting as a liaison between key stakeholders and management
    • Promoting governance best practices across departments
    About You
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Executive Assistance, Legal practice, or Corporate Governance within a complex organisation
    • Strong knowledge of governance compliance, procedures, and documentation standards
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    • High level of discretion, attention to detail, and accuracy
    • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
    • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
