We’re recruiting for our client, a leading financial services organisation, who is seeking a D365 Functional Consultant to drive business process improvements and system enhancements. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions using Dynamics 365, with a focus on Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and document business processes and requirements
- Facilitate workshops and user journey mapping
- Deliver functional support and coordinate issue resolution
- Collaborate on system design and enhancements
- Apply risk management strategies within the RAID framework
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 modules
- Skilled in data migration/integration and SQL understanding
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
- Passionate about Microsoft tools and digital innovation
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience
