    City West Housing is an independent, not-for-profit housing provider, with a focus on developing, owning and managing affordable rental housing in Sydney.     Due to an expanding development pipeline and an increase in organisational size & complexity, this new Development Analyst role has been created to provide support to the development team.

    Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will support the delivery of development projects through providing insights, analysis and financial modelling.

    You’ll also collaborate closely with the Development team and with a variety of internal stakeholders, as well as assist with the preparation of business cases and project plans for endorsement by the Exec Team & Board. Furthermore you’ll be involved in raising POs, managing invoicing and other development related admin tasks as and when required.

    Finally you’ll contribute to project reporting, while you'll play an active role in any relevant projects or process improvement initiatives.

    You’re a tertiary qualified professional, with a background in accounting, finance or analysis, or you could be making a 1st move from a chartered accounting firm and seeking your 1st role in real estate. You're systems savvy, with strong Excel skills (ideally with financial modelling experience), outstanding communication skills and strong relationship management ability.

    Experience in, or a passion for the property sector, would be highly regarded, as will an appetite to work in a values-based organisation, seeking to make a tangible, positive impact on our community.
