My client, a leading digital agency, is seeking a hands-on CRO Manager to drive experimentation programmes for household-name technology and retail brands. You'll design and execute A/B and multivariate tests, analyse customer journeys, identify conversion blockers, and translate data into actionable recommendations that drive measurable revenue outcomes. This role requires someone who can work collaboratively across UX, design, analytics, and development teams while confidently presenting insights to senior client stakeholders.
Experience
- 4+ years in CRO, experimentation, or UX optimisation (agency or eCommerce background)
- Hands-on experience with testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty)
- Strong proficiency in GA4, session replay tools (Hotjar, Contentsquare), and funnel analysis
- Proven track record delivering measurable conversion improvements
- Hands-on execution experience, not purely strategic or reporting
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Tableau, or Adobe Analytics is advantageous
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, commercial narratives
- Confident presenter to senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
