Having doubled in size annually, they're looking for a strategic leader who thrives in high-change environments and can bring maturity to their motivated but junior sales team.

Strategic Leadership, Not Frontline Sales
We need a mature leader who can elevate a geographically dispersed team across Australia.
- Over 1,000 units globally with ambitious expansion plans
- Recently announced 150+ new apartments in CBD locations
- Global operations spanning Australia, UK, and Europe
- Transform a highly motivated but junior sales team into strategic revenue drivers through coaching, mentorship, and accountability frameworks
- Develop strategies to expand beyond current customer base into corporate travel, hotel partnerships, wholesale, meetings & entertainment segments
- Leverage deep understanding of hotel procurement cycles to position the brand strategically within the hospitality ecosystem
- Manage and align teams across multiple cities, ensuring consistent performance and local market responsiveness
- Partner with Revenue Management and Distribution teams to maximise yield across B2B and B2C segments
- Collaborate with international teams while maintaining local market focus and decision-making authority
- Work closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new property launches
- Represent the brand at key industry events and corporate meetings
- Provide market insights to influence product decisions and acquisition strategy
You understand that leadership is about developing people, not just hitting numbers.
About you:
- Hospitality Industry Expertise - Extensive background in hotels, serviced apartments, or travel industry with deep market understanding
- Track record of managing geographically diverse, large-scale sales teams (not just one property or small operations)
- Demonstrated ability to think beyond day-to-day operations to drive long-term growth and market positioning
- Deep understanding of hotel procurement processes, RFPs, and corporate travel decision-making
- Experience thriving in high-growth, rapidly changing environments where organizational structures evolve quickly
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities with ability to hold teams accountable while driving motivation
