About the Role:
As a Documentation Service Officer, you will be an integral part of the Sydney Client Service team. Your role will focus on providing exceptional service to clients in the Financial Institutions and Corporate sectors, both locally and globally. Your knowledge of payments, clearing, and settlement processes will be crucial for supporting clients and driving regional and international projects.
Key Duties:
- Act as the main point of contact for documentary account maintenance for Financial Institutions and Corporate clients.
- Oversee client requests for documentation, including account updates and setup of Electronic Payment Signatory Forms.
- Display a solid understanding of necessary documentation, such as Board Resolutions, Certificates of Incumbency, and Company Extracts.
- Interpret and respond to global documentation standards.
- Utilize strong problem-solving abilities to identify client needs and provide timely solutions.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients, addressing their documentary requirements and projects.
- Effectively negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Work collaboratively with local and regional teams to implement strategies that support business goals.
- Employ thorough case management practices to efficiently log, track, and report client requests.
- Comply with all internal and external service level agreements (SLAs).
- Stay informed about product offerings and efficiency improvements, confidently sharing insights with clients.
- Collaborate with teams across Product, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Sales, and Implementation to further our collective objectives.
- A relevant tertiary qualification.
- Practical experience in managing documentation and client services within a financial setting or similar. (i.e KYC)
- Strong grasp of banking documentation and products, including domestic and international payments.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent skills in negotiation, influence, and presentation.
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail, with an ability to navigate complex environments.
- Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively and develop partnerships across diverse teams.
