We’re partnering exclusively with a fast-growing Australian-owned energy retailer, to find a sharp, financially minded EA to support their dynamic CEO.

This isn’t your average EA gig, we’re looking for someone with a strong head for numbers and strategy. You'll act as a right-hand advisor, helping the CEO distill big ideas, and keep business and personal financial matters on track.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide high-level support to the CEO across business and personal matters
• Manage financial documents: P&L, cash flow reports, forecasting, investments
• Own his email inbox and travel plans — though calendar work will be light
• Be a sounding board and thought partner — confident enough to push back and offer perspective
• Liaise with stakeholders across the business and externally

• You’ve got a background in finance, investments, or commercial business support, EA experience not essential if you've worked at exec level in another capacity
• You’re confident, sharp, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment
• You’re calm under pressure, can pre-empt needs, and don’t wait to be asked
• Strong communication skills are essential
• You’re based in Sydney and happy to work 3 days per week in the office
