    Role
    We work on a range of different roles, some of which include: 
    • Identify staffing needs and manage end-to-end recruitment processes
    • Interview, hire, and onboard new employees
    • Act as a liaison between staff and management
    • Resolve workplace conflicts and foster a positive organisational culture
    • Coordinate performance reviews and incentive programs
    • Organise training, leadership development, and career progression initiatives
    • Draft and implement HR policies
    • Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and industrial relations frameworks
    • Align HR strategies with broader business goals
    • Support organisational design and workforce planning
    • Leverage HR analytics for performance management and strategic decision-making
    • Manage HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
    • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing initiatives
    • Shape and enhance organisational culture and employee experience
    About you
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field 
    • Strong understanding of Australian employment law
    • 5–10+ years’ experience in HR generalist or leadership roles
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
    • Familiarity with hybrid/remote work models and digital HR tools
