- We are looking to hear from HR and Senior HR Managers
- Contract / Permanent

We work on a range of different roles, some of which include:
- Identify staffing needs and manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Interview, hire, and onboard new employees
- Act as a liaison between staff and management
- Resolve workplace conflicts and foster a positive organisational culture
- Coordinate performance reviews and incentive programs
- Organise training, leadership development, and career progression initiatives
- Draft and implement HR policies
- Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and industrial relations frameworks
- Align HR strategies with broader business goals
- Support organisational design and workforce planning
- Leverage HR analytics for performance management and strategic decision-making
- Manage HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing initiatives
- Shape and enhance organisational culture and employee experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Australian employment law
- 5–10+ years’ experience in HR generalist or leadership roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with hybrid/remote work models and digital HR tools
