We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a busy CFO in a newly created role. This is a rare opportunity to become the right-hand to a senior leader, managing priorities, streamlining workflows and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
About the role:
- Manage and prioritise a high-volume inbox, ensuring the CFO focuses on what matters most
- Coordinate tasks across the CFO and other senior managers
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets (mid-level Excel skills required)
- Handle scheduling, travel arrangements and administrative tasks
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist with basic finance-related admin and reporting
