About the Role
This is a varied and dynamic EA role supporting senior leadership across Brisbane and Sydney offices. You'll provide executive support, meeting coordination, stakeholder liaison, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the business.
The role requires someone who can adapt to different personalities and working styles, juggle competing priorities and maintain discretion at all times. You'll be supporting leaders who are tech-savvy, travel frequently (domestically and internationally) and require strong diary, email, and travel coordination support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive administrative support including calendar and email management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Act as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents
- Schedule and coordinate meetings including board meetings and strategy sessions
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and liaise with internal departments, clients, and external partners
- Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
- Comfortable with evolving technology and AI tools (highly regarded)
- Experience in financial services, funds management, or property sectors (highly desirable)
- Ability to adapt to different working styles and personalities
- Competitive salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + superannuation
