About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager
to take ownership of a diverse property portfolio and deliver both day-to-day operational excellence and long-term strategic improvements. Reporting to the Manager of Property & Construction, you’ll oversee maintenance across 50+ properties, ensuring they are safe, functional, and well-presented.
You’ll lead the transition from manual tracking to a more efficient maintenance management system, while fostering strong relationships with contractors, service providers and internal teams. This role offers a mix of on-the-ground operational work and forward-looking strategic initiatives, making it ideal for a hands-on leader who can also drive change.
About You
- Extensive experience in facilities and asset management across large, multi-site portfolios
- Proven track record in implementing systems or process improvements
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaborative leadership style
- Empathetic, positive, and solutions-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel within Queensland and interstate as required
