    Join a growing organisation going through an exciting period of change as their  Finance Administration Officer on a 6-month contract. Known for its commitment to quality, compliance, and customer excellence, the business continues to experience growth and has recently gone through some exciting changes.

    The Role

    You will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions while supporting day-to-day customer service operations. This is a hands-on position ideally suited to someone who enjoys variety, balancing accounts payable and receivable duties with direct customer communication and order management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and staff expense claims in line with company policies and approval processes
    • Prepare and execute weekly payment runs, reconcile supplier statements, and resolve discrepancies promptly
    • Generate and issue customer invoices, monitor payments, and follow up professionally on overdue accounts
    • Support month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations, reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records for audit and compliance
    • Receive and process purchase orders while ensuring accuracy, adherence to SOPs, and alignment with customer requirements
    • Act as a key contact for customers, providing timely updates on orders, product availability, and delivery status
    About You:
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing or finance administration role
    • Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable, GST, and financial controls
    • Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment
