We are currently looking for an ambitions Finance Administrator to join their team in Adelaide (permanent full-time basis).
Key responsibilities
- Processing accounts payable
- Monitoring client and staff disbursements
- Receipt of daily banking and reconciliation of payments
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliations
- Maintaining monthly trust accounts
- Assisting with end of month billings
Skills & experience required
- Previous experience as an Accounts, AP or AR Officer
- Experience within legal or professional services sector will be advantageous
- Strong Time management & organisational skills
- High attention to details and accuracy
- Good work ethics and customer service focused approach
