We’re partnering with a growing organisation based in Richmond that’s looking to hire a Finance Analyst to fill a newly created gap in their team. This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused heavily on Power BI reporting and dashboard implementation in the initial phase, with a shift into management accounting responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage and enhance Power BI dashboards and financial reporting tools
• Lead the implementation of new reporting processes using Power BI
• Act as the subject matter expert on business reporting and analytics
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data/reporting needs
• After the first 6 months, take on 30% management accounting (budgets, forecasts, variance analysis)
• Support broader finance team initiatives and process improvements

• Strong experience with Power BI – including building, rolling out and managing dashboards
• Demonstrated experience working with finance data and translating into actionable insights
• Excellent stakeholder management skills – confident working with non-finance teams
• Background in commercial finance, FP&A or management accounting
• Self-starter comfortable in a dynamic, high-visibility environment
