Reporting directly to the Finance Leader, this role will be responsible for overseeing multiple business segments and supporting Operational and Commercial teams achieving their financial goals.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with BU leaders to interpret results and identify margin, efficiency, and revenue improvement opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining KPI reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Providing commercial insights to support pricing, workforce planning, and operational decisions.
- Collaborating with AP, AR, and Payroll teams to resolve matters affecting your BUs.
- Supporting audit, compliance, month-end close and management reporting.
Skills & experience required
- CA/CPA qualification with relevant degree
- Strong experience across financial reporting, business partnering and financial planning
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication
- Ability to work in fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Experience in the broader healthcare sector is advantageous (not mandatory)
