Key Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end processes, financial reconciliations, and reporting.
- Prepare subsidy reconciliations, billing, and balance sheet reviews.
- Deliver accurate financial reports and commentary for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Lead and develop a small finance team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
- CA/CPA qualified with tertiary accounting credentials.
- Proven experience in financial management within a complex, service-based environment.
- Strong technical skills in accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and commitment to continuous improvement.
