Reporting into the Group Financial Controller of this growing PE backed property group, this role represents a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Finance Manager to join this rapidly expanding business.

As part of the group finance function, you'll contribute to producing end of year statutory financial statements, consolidated financial & management reporting, audit requirements, variance analysis and month end coordination. 

You will also provide ongoing technical accounting advice to the business, you'll play an important role in the identification & implementation of process improvement initiatives and any other ad hoc/investor reporting as required.

Finally, you will be required to prepare tax/distribution calculations and liaise with external advisors.

To be considered for this role you will be CA/CPA qualified with previous experience working as a Finance ManageR in a mid to large corporate. Previous experience working in the Property sector (Group or Divisional) would be highly regarded. You will be able to prioritise competing workloads and will be effective and efficient in regards to time management.
