Seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support a major offshoring project for the Financial Control team, while ensuring continuity across BAU financial reporting, compliance, and controls.

Your day-to-day:

• Support the Australian Financial Control team through a major offshoring project, ensuring continuity across core finance functions.
• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and audit preparation during the transition period.
• Manage BAU financial accounting tasks, including reconciliations, month-end close, and cash flow support.
• Act as a key liaison between onshore and offshore teams to ensure smooth handover and knowledge transfer.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance accuracy and efficiency in reporting and compliance.

Who you are: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and CPA/ CA qualified
• Strong  project management  skills with a track record of leading complex projects within multinational environments
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
